Started work in 1995 as Public Informative Enterprise founded by Municipality Assembly of Trstenik and comprising TV station also.
After the 1997 elections and winning of Zajedno Coalition in Trstenik Municipality, the then director of this Radio & TV station and a representative in Serbian Assembly, Radovan-Raka Radovic took away the entire broadcasting and studio equipment. With assistance the Municipality Assembly and the citizens of Trstenik, new equipment was obtained and some twenty days later broadcasting was continued.
TV Trstenik is the first station of ANEM which Federal Ministry of Telecommunications (SMT) tried to close in June 1998.
Demonstrations followed gathering even 7000 people and upon blockage of the major road Kraljevo - Krusevac and the police intervention, SMT had no choice but to bring back the transmitter. Broadcasting was continued.
TV Trstenik has almost a million and half of potential spectators in Rasinski, Raski and Branicevski districts.
The program includes informative, educational and entertaining contents. According to the last investigations of the Strategic Marketing Agency, TV Trstenik informative program has the largest number of spectators in Central Serbia, and by G17 Plus was evaluated as the best trusted TV.
