SABIC: STATE OVERHEARD THE WARNINGS

Belgrade, July 24, 2010 (Pravda) - The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance Rodoljub Sabic said that there was no provision in the amended Law on Public Information that was not questionable and said that the state should have a consideration for the professional and public media in Serbia that had indicated the unconstitutionality of the law.

He said that, should the state, without any argument and consideration of professional public opinion, adopt the laws, it meant that the justice would always be sought before the Constitutional Court or - in Strasbourg.
