AGENCY'S DESISION ON TIJANIC ABOLISHED
Belgrade, September 8, 2011 (Vecernje Novosti) - The Administrative Court abolished the decision that had recommended the dismissal of General Manager of RTS, Aleksandar Tijanic because he had not filed the report on his assets and instruct the Board of Anti-Corruption Agency to reconsider that case. Tijanic's suit was accepted on procedural grounds and the Agency will issue a new decision.
