Six years under police protection
Loznica, Spetember 13, 2011 (Politika) - It is now six year since the reporter of "Vecernje novosti" Vladimir Mitric from Loznica was brutally attacked and he is still receiving threats and is under constant police protection while the court epilogue is still awaited. Mitric said that he lives under police protection and that he is worried.
In the re-trial process, the indicted Lj. T. was sentenced to six months. Lj. T. appealed against the verdict of the Loznica Basic Court, and it also did the public prosecutor from Sremska Mitrovica. The case is now before Belgrade Court of Appeals.
