Deadline expired to Beko

Belgrade, October 20, 2011. (Pravda) - Businessman Milan Beko has not submitted an offer for buying up the rest of 37,7 % of the "Novosti" shares in the ownership of the state and small shareholder, and the deadline for it expired in the end of September, neither had he sold his shares which he was obliged to do if he could not buy up all the shares (100 %). Therefore, "Novosti" will still be managed by the state as the owner of the majority of shares (36,6 %).
