The owner of an illegal radio station arrested

Belgrade, October 26, 2011. (Vecernje novosti) - Police officials in collaboration with the Special High-Tech Crime Department of the Public Prosecutor's Office and RBA searched several buildings in Belgrade in order to find a studio and transmitter of illegal radio station Radio "Bos". The owner of this station was identified soon. It is Miroslav M. (32).

The police statement says that the frequency, at which the station broadcast its program, without using the appropriate band-pass filter, could have led to disruption and endangering the safety of air traffic. Previous RATEL controls of the radio frequency spectrum determined that broadcast signals of the radio station Radio "Bos" interfered with radio communications services of the highest priorities.
