SABIC: OBLIGATION OF AUTHORITIES TO HAVE WEBSITES

 Belgrade, November 8, 2011. (Politika) - Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection Rodoljub Sabic sent the initiative to amend the Law on state administration to the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights, Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government in order to introduce obligations of authorities to have website presentations. "More than a third state organs at the state and national level does not have an official electronic presentation. A quarter of the ministries and administrations does not have a web site, out of 12 government services, five has no web site, while out of 29 administrative districts 13 does not have a presentation", said Sabic.
