NUNS: Vladan Vasic obstructed reporting

Belgrade, December 20, 2011 (Blic) - Independent Journalists' Association of Serbia (NUNS) has condemned the act of the Mayor of Pirot Vladan Vasic that had practically obstructed local newspaper "Pirotske novine" to report from the sitting of the local municipality assembly. Namely, Vladan Vasic prevented the editor of "Pirotske novine" Bogoljub Najdanovic to record the session. In front of the present members and in live TV coverage, Vasic turned off the voice recorder of the said print media and removed it from the assembly's stand, said in the statement.
