RBA: licenses to all, PENALTIES FOR violation of RULES

Belgrade, February 13, 2012. (Politika) - Allocation of broadcasting license to cable TV Svet plus 3, has surprised the Serbian media scene.  According to the spokesman of the RBA Council, there is no reason to doubt whether violations of rules would be punished after allocation of licenses. As Tanjug reported, the program director of 'Transparency Serbia", Nemanja Nenadic, has doubts, neither. He said that the RBA, comparing to previos period, is now less permissive toward broadcasters' omissions.
