STATE CHARGE SOS CHANNEL 4.5 million dinars

Belgrade, May 23, 2012. (Danas) - After nearly five years of dispute with the SOS channel, the Republic Agency for Electronic Communications (RATEL) has obtained from the First Municipal Court in Belgrade the court decision on the forced payment of debt of 4.5 million dinars for using 36th channel. This decision was brought despite the fact that the court expert found that the channel was defective which had caused huge damage to this television, SOS Channel's representatives said.
