RTS suits rejected

Cacak, July 18, 2012. (Blic) - The Basic Court in Cacak rejected all 311 suits that Radio-Television Serbia filed against Cacak citizens who have not paid the TV fee. Public service claimed the money for the debt for TV subscription ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 dinars.

In all 311 cases, judges ordered RTS to arrange their proposal appropriately. Since proposals were not adequetly organized, decision to reject RTS's proposal was brought.

The Court emphasized that Cacak is the only region in Serbia, where judges "had courage to reject the filed charges."
