Belgrade, September 6, 2012 (Vecernje novosti) - The RBA Council announced yesterday that it would not act on requests for approving humanitarian or charity advertisements, nor the messages of state bodies, before their broadcasting. As stated by the Agency's Council, under the Broadcasting Law, Public Information Law and Advertising Law, broadcasters enjoy the absolute freedom, including also their liability, to decide whether they would air certain program content or not.
