HOME OF “INFORMER” DIRECTOR ATTACKED

Belgrade, October 17, 2012 (B92, Tanjug) - A "Molotov" cocktail was thrown last night in the yard of the daily "Informer" director Damir Dragic's family home last night.

Dragic labeled the incident as an attack on editorial policy of the daily.

"This is an attack on journalism and editorial policy of the "Informer". This is a classic example of a mafia warning", said Dragic.

Dragic's family home is located in a Belgrade residential area Jajinci. The cocktail inflicted damage to his father's vehicle "Opel Astra", but luckily, no one was injured in the flames.

The Chief-Editor and owner of the "Informer" Dragan J. Vucicevic warned that this attack would not scare journalists and editors of the daily.

"We will continue to write about political thieves that have robbed our country", said Vucicevic and called on the police to find the responsible for this attack.
