UN award to Radio "Kontakt plus" from Kosovska Mitrovica

Kosovska Mitrovica, October, 24, 2012. (Tanjug) - Serbian Radio "Kontakt Plus" from Kosovska Mitrovica won this year's award granted by the United Nations Kosovo Team (UNKT) for its radio story about poverty. The award was given to the radio feature called "The last camp in the north" done by Zeljko Tvrdišić, the editor of Radio "Kontact Plus" and Tanjug's correspondent from Kosovska Mitrovica.

This was the only award granted this year by UNKT to Serbian media in Kosovo. The award ceremony was held at the National Theatre in Pristina.
