TV Avala did not file complaint

Officially, the Avala TV stopped working.

Belgrade, November 14, 2012. (Danas) - TV Avala did not file the complaint to the Republic Broadcasting Agency (RBA) on its decision to revoke the broadcasting license. Therefore, RBA and Ratel informed the Ministry of Culture that the broadcaster did not operate anymore, Goran Karadzic, Deputy President of the RBA Council, said.

According to him, it is now awaited the decision of the Ministry of Telecommunications on whether this frequency will be needed in the process of digitalization of television or it will be offered on the public competition. "If the frequency is free, the RBA will immediately announce the competition for granting the license for broadcasting on the national level", Karadzic states.
