RBA controlling TV ULTRA because of vulgar insult in cartoons

Belgrade, January 11, 2013 (Blic) - "You fool, moron, idiot," were the words of one of the heroes of the popular Japanese cartoon  "Naruto". This cartoon is broadcast in the evening, before 10 p.m. on TV Ultra, and the representatives of the Republic Broadcasting Agency said that they would review recorded materials and if they determined any violation of law, they would act in accordance with the regulations.

According to the RBA's binding instruction, the program content that may be harmful to the physical, mental or moral development of minors must be labeled with "18" ​​and can be broadcast only from midnight to six a.m. In addition, under the broadcasters Code of conduct, broadcasting of the scenes with vulgar language and expression shall be prohibited in programs for children and young people, unless it is for educational purposes.
