SEVERED LINES OF RADIO KURSUMLIJA

Kursumlija, January 24, 2013 (Blic) - Unidentified perpetrators cut the wires on transmitters of Radio Kursumlija and Belami from Nis on early Monday morning. The damages are estimated to 200.000 dinars.

Owner of RTK from Kursumlija Slavko Savic claims the cables were cut by an expert and he may have an idea who it was. Savic has disclosed the name of the suspect to the Kursumlija police.

"Only our cables were cut in the pile of other wires. I've told the police who it may be. I think that it is not about politics here, but my sending numerous complaints against illegal program broadcasting in this area. Unfortunately, neither RBA nor RATEL have found time to check my allegations and possibly shut some illegal broadcasters down", Savic said.
