WORKING GROUPS INVESTIGATE MURDERS OF JOURNALISTS

Belgrade, February 7, 2013 (Blic) - The Commission for establishing truth about murders of journalists formed working groups yesterday that would work on individual cases.

One journalist, police and BIA representatives respectively will work on the murder cases of Dada Vujasinovic, Slavko Curuvija and Milan Pantic.

It is expected that the Serbian Government extend the mandate of the Commission at the next session scheduled for the next week so that it could also start working on the investigation of murders of 16 RTS workers killed in NATO air raids.

At the meeting held at the Police Directorate, the commission was informed on the process of collecting all data and information from previous investigations. All data will be systemically examined in the separate room at the Crime Police Directorate.

Instead of Vesna Malisic, NUNS representative Vukasin Obradovic also participated in the work of the Commission, chaired by Veran Matic.
