NDNV TARGET OF CHAUVINIST HUNT

Novi Sad, February 19, 2013 (RTV) - Independent Journalists' Association of Vojvodina (NDNV) has sent a letter to Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic, Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, AP Vojvodina Parliament Speaker Istvan Pastor and Vojvodina Prime Minister Bojan Pajtic, informing them of the hunt led by certain nationalist media and organizations against this association and particularly its president Dinko Gruhonjic.

NDNV expressed their concern in a letter over the lack of reaction of state authorities, which had only increased the sense of insecurity of the association's staff and management.

As said in the letter, the chauvinist hunt has been led against the organization, by using very offensive phraseology that questions ethnic origins of its president Gruhonjic and Chairman of the Managing Board, Nedim Sejdinovic.
