FINAL YEAR OF ASSISTANCE TO MEDIA
Leskovac, March 20, 2013 (Vecernje novosti) - Five local television stations, one radio station and one weekly will be allocated a total of 970 thousand dinars of the city budget funds.
TV Leskovac and TV Protokol K1 will receive financial backing of 250 thousand dinars, TV Studio MT 150 thousand, while TV Klisura and RTV 4S will get 100 thousand dinars of support each. Weekly "Nasa rec" is allocated 70 thousand dinars, whereas radio Ekos will get 50 thousand.
Leskovac Mayor Goran Cvetanovic said that this was the final year in which local media would be receiving assistance from the government.
