TVA OWNER FROM ZEMUN

Valjevo, April 9, 2013 (Vecernje novosti) - Regional television Valjevoplus has been sold as insolvent to Bozidar Vulic from Zemun for 1.2 million dinars.

Vulic was the only applicant, responding to tender called in the beginning of March.

The only value of the station was the license for broadcasting of program, issued by the RBA, as well as license for radio station, issued by RATEL. Their estimated value was 2.3 million dinars.

Vulic's offer was slightly over 50 percent of estimated value.

Bankruptcy of Regional TV Valjevoplus, known as TV Valjevo (TVA) was called a year ago due to permanent insolvency.
