MEDIA IN SERBIA “PARTLY FREE”

Belgrade, May 3, 2013 (Blic) - Press Freedom Day will be marked around the world today; however, journalists' organizations in Serbia will not officially mark it because of the Easter holidays.

Organization "Freedom House" has stated in its annual report on media freedom that Serbia is is perceived as a country that is "only partly free", occupying the 74th position, which is one place up than in the last report.
