ABOLITION OF TV SUBSCRITPION RISKY?

Novi Sad, May 10, 2013 (RTV) - In case the radio-television subcription fee for public service broadcasters is abolished for the period of two years, as announced earlier, it can be very risky, and later very difficult, to return to the old system of their financing, professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences Rade Veljanovski told RTV in the program "Suceljavanje".

Assistant Culture Minister Dragan Kolarevic said the set of media laws would be put before the members of the Parliament in a month time.

Advisor to the RTV general manager Sinisa Isakov repeated his position that TV subscription fee was the best model of financing of public service broadcasters.
