RESIGNATIONS IN VECERNJE NOVOSTI

Belgrade, April 30, 2013 (Ilustrovana politika) - General Director and chief editor of "Novosti" company Manojlo Vukotic has submitted his resignation to the Supervisory Board.

"I do not want to work under any supervision or control of any political party and government. I do not want to throw won democracy, professional freedom and persona principles into a garbage bin", said in Vukotic's resignation letter.

According to his statement, all eleven members of staff of the daily "Vecernje novosti" have signed their resignations as well, together with ten responsible editors of review and other issues of the company and all members of the executive board.
