CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR “QUIZZES” ON TV DUGA

Belgrade, May 29, 2013 (Mondo) - The Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime has filed charges against 18 persons for damaging more than 160 thousand people in Serbia, region and abroad in telephone quizzes and astrology programs.

The indictments were raised against the owner and director of the company Fonlider established in Serbia, Germany, Montenegro and Republic of Srpska and RTV Duga, MHC Company and MHC Telecommunications and other private entities.

The indictment also includes the employees in these companies who took part in organization of these TV and radio quizzes and astrology programs and for misleading citizens that they could get valuable prizes by getting in the program.
