RTV is ending broadcasting
Provincial public service broadcaster owes eight million Euro for paychecks, electricity, rent, movies...
Belgrade, August 23, 2013. (Danas) - RTV is going to stop broadcasting on September 1, due to financial problems.
According to the source of daily Danas, RTV will broadcast only news, while the other projects will be canceled, i.e., they will stop producing program. As he explained, the situation in RTV is dramatic, because there is no money for paychecks, fees, travel expenses, and not even for gas to go to the shooting sites.
