PUBLIC INFORMATION LAW IN PROCEDURE SOON

Belgrade, October 3, 2013 (Media Center) - The Draft Law on Public Information and Media should enter parliamentary procedure by the end of this month, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Culture and Media Gordana Predic announced yesterday.

The draft law should be tabled before the Parliament after the said legislation is aligned with the comments that have come from Brussels and Serbian institutions, Predic said.

She also stated that the drafts of the law on public service broadcasters and the law on electronic media would undergo public discussion by the end of next week, and in the parliamentary procedure by the end of the year.
