AWARDS FOR LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT IN JOURNALISM

Belgrade, November 2, 2013 (Politika) - A ceremony for presenting awards for lifetime achievement in journalism was held last Tuesday at the Belgrade's UNS Press Center.
 
The awards for lifetime achievement in journalism were presented by the Union of Journalists' Associations of Serbia and Montenegro.
 
This time, the awarded journalists were renown TV critic Branislava Dzunov, longtime correspondent of "Politika" from Montenegro Rade Vukicevic and doyen of military journalism Vladimir Ristic.
 
The above association, as the regional journalists' organization and successor of the Yugoslav Union of Journalists, has continued the long tradition of almost half a century of presenting jouralists with the award formerly known as "Mosa Pijade Award". Since its outset, this award has been presented to 82 journalists.
