DECLARATION
Belgrade, November 09, 2013 (Vecernje novosti) - The Culture and Media Minister Ivan Tasovac said on the occasion of adoption of the Declaration of the Conference "Freedom of Expression and Democracy in Digital Age - Opportunities, Rights, Responsibilities" that the digital anarchy was an image of chaos in which principles of freedom and responsibilities were negated.
Adoption of the Declaration is an important step for the creation of media policy "in which freedom and democracy are not won forever, but need to be won over and over again", Tasovac said.
