TV B92 and TV Prva crews attacked in Odzaci

Odzaci, December 15, 2013 (Beta) Journalists and cameramen of TV B92 and TV Prva were assaulted on Sunday while shooting the incidents on polling stations in local municipality Odzaci, the place of local elections in Vojvodina.

Journalist Jovana Stetin said to Beta agency, that they were assaulted while shooting the fight in front of one poll station in Backi Gracac.

"We arrived on the spot when that polling station was closed due to a fight. We were shooting people's ongoing argument in front of the polling station, after which they started swearing at us and attacking us," Jovana Stetin said.

According to her, the police rescued and protected them by making a circle around them.

Besides Jovana Stetin, TV B92 cameraman was attacked, as well as TV Prva journalist and cameraman, Biljana Gavric and Lazar Vukadinovic.
