ALEKSANDAR TIMOFEJEV DISMISSED

Belgrade, 28.05.2014 (Telegraf) - Aleksandar Timofejev, longtime director of the Radio Broadcasting Company "Studio B", was dismissed today.

In a decision signed by professor dr Milivoje Pavlović, chairman of the Supervisory Board, submitted to the founder, it is said that the decision is based on the analysis of the results of the work of director Timofejev and the need to, in complex social and economic circumstances, by introducing new staffing solutions, make the activities of the public company more dynamic and further enhance the business, professional, and media standards in performing the function of the public service broadcaster of the capital city.

Ivana Vučićević, a longtime "Studio B" journalist, was proposed for acting director.
