CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THE HEAD OF RTV BUJANOVAC

Bujanovac, December 9, 2008 (Danas) – The owner of the local EMA radio from Bujanovac, Oliver Trajkovic, has filed criminal charges to the prosecutor's office against the RTV Bujanovac and its director, Dzahid Ramadani, because of alleged criminal offense of prevention of broadcasting. "On the basis the Republic Broadcasting Agency's decision adopted on April 3 and September 8 of this year, our station was allocated a frequency for local radio programme of 88,5 MHz. We cannot broadcast our programme because this frequency is still illegally used by the public company RTV Bujanovac", Oliver Trajkovic, the owner of radio EMA from Bujanovac, told Danas.
