OWNERS VARANER FROM CYPRUS AND NOVA BROADCASTING FROM BELGRADE

Belgrade, December 29, 2009 (Danas) - The Serbian Broadcasting Agency (RBA) approved change of ownership in TV Fox. The new owners are Varaner Limited from Cyprus with 49% and domestic Nova Broadcasting from Belgrade with 51%. An RBA representative also announced that during a board meeting, more than 10 requests for changes of ownership structure were discussed. The board also approved a transfer of ownership shares of four small B92 owners to one owner. The ownership structure of B92 did not change substantially with this move. That information practically denied the rumours that B92 is to be sold.
