New Director of Jugoimport Alleges Libel

BELGRADE, November 8, 2002 – The newly appointed director of arms scandal company Jugoimport has announced he will file a complaint for libel against Belgrade daily Blic. The paper yesterday quoted Jovo Curuvija, the brother of murdered publisher Slavko Curuvija, as saying that Nikcevic had been involved in gathering information on his brother which, he believed, had been used by professional hitmen in carrying out the murder.
