Hearing Scheduled For Illegal Arrest Complaint

BELGRADE, January 15, 2003 – A new hearing on complaints from Hans-Peter Schnitzler, correspondent for German SAT1 television and his interpreter Dusan Glisovic against Yugoslavia over illegal arrest during NATO bombing in 1999 has been scheduled for March 17 in the First Municipal Court in Belgrade. Schnitzler and Glisovic were accused of espionage and held in custody for a month in a military prison during the NATO bombing in 1999.
