District Court President sues editor of Radio Luna
UZICE, June 5, 2003 – Ljubisa T. Radulovic, President of the Uzice District Court, has asked the municipal body in charge of misdemeanours to initiate proceedings against Radio Luna editor Mirjana Petrovic. The private radio’s 15 May news broadcast carried excerpts of a press conference held by Zdravko Perendija, chairman of the New Serbia Board. At the press conference, Perendija insisted: “I have documents showing that the incumbent District Court President caused a traffic accident four years ago, after which he fled the scene of the accident”.
