Municipal court overturns RTS decision
BELGRADE, 5 June, 2003 – Speaking to agency FoNet, lawyer Srdjan Sisic has confirmed that the First Municipal Court of Belgrade upheld journalist Gordana Susa’s complaint and annulled the decision of the RTS Management Broad. The RTS ruling, passed in 2001, forbid the appointments of any of the candidates who applied for the position of RTS info programme editor and launched a new competition for this vacancy.
