Socialist Party member sues Ibarske novosti editor

KRALJEVO, 2 June, 2003 – Dusan Mitrovic, director of UTRO Serbia and a senior official of the Socialist Party of Serbia's municipal board, has filed a lawsuit against Ibarske novosti chief editor Ivan Rajovic. Mitrovic is accusing Rajovic of damaging his honour and reputation by publishing comments in his publication's column "The present time" on 28 February. A hearing will be held tomorrow before Judge Zlata Djordjevic, of the Kraljevo Municipal Court.
