Covic to uncover who pulls Mitrovic’s strings

BELGRADE, 20 May, 2003 – Serbian Deputy Prime Ministers Nebojsa Covic and Miodrag Isakov have said that media attacks on them are coming from the same centres of power with the same initiatives. Speaking at a joint press conference in the Serbian Government building, they assessed that the attacks were “attempts to score cheap political points through marketing”. Covic insisted that it was a political problem requiring a political solution, adding: “We’ll see whose bullet Television Pink owner Zeljko Mitrovic is”.
