Kolubara chief editor found guilty of slander

BELGRADE, 10 June, 2003 – The Lazarevac Municipal Court has found Kolubara chief editor Dana Acimovic guilty of slander. She has been issued with a court warning under Article 59 of the criminal law after being sued for slander by Dragan Tomic, Democratic Party of Serbia official and director of the Research-development sector of the Kolubara Mining Company.
