Court rulings intimidate journalists
BELGRADE, June 15, 2003 – A Serbian court has found Dana Acimovic, editor of the Kolubara Mining Company publication, guilty of libel. In reaction, Momcilo Cebalovic, PR Director for the Serbian Electric Power Company, has said that there's only one thing left for journalists to do – develop a "self-censorship chip".
