Todorovic: NUNS without a president

BELGRADE, 30 July, 2003 – Sena Todorovic, former secretary of the Independent Association of Serbian Journalists (NUNS), confirmed on Tuesday that the Police Border Area Bureau for Foreigners and the Interior Ministry's administrative issues have overturned a decision registering Milica Lucic-Cavic as 'responsible person' for NUNS. She explained that the annulment of the original Belgrade police decision of 22 April last year was a result of implementation of a Serbian Supreme Court ruling based on a lawsuit personally filed by Todorovic. The case has been returned for procedural repitition and Todorovic said that, as a result, NUNS is without a president.
