JOURNALIST ABDUCTED IN GAZA?

GAZA, September 11, 2005 - An Italian journalist has been abducted today by the gunmen in the Gaza Strip. The journalist was forced out of his vehicle by the Palestinian gunmen. Witnesses said he was thrown into another car and taken to the nearby Nusseirat refugee camp. According to the Palestinian sources, the abducted journalist is Lorenzo Cremonezi from the Italian newspaper Corriere Della Sera. The agencies however reported that the identity of the journalists has not been confirmed by any bureau in Jerusalem or newspaper's head office in Milan.
