NEW BOMB HOAX

BELGRADE, October 16, 2005 – Once again, Radio Television B92 received an anonymous bomb threat. The message contained information that the bomb had been allegedly placed in the garbage bin in front of the station. Police had been immediately informed about the case and the identification of the person that had sent the message is in process. It is believed that the identification would be easier since the number of the person was registered in the message. The station received anonymous bomb threats on several occasions in the past, the last one on July 15, 2005, during the broadcast of the “Impression of the Week” when the guest was, like tonight, Sonja Biserko, President of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights.
