RULES FOR LICENSE ISSUING

BELGRADE, January 11, 2006 – Politika published an article about the rules for issuing licenses to broadcasters, which was prepared by the Republican Broadcasting Agency Council. According to Politika, the competitors for national frequency licenses would have to identify the owners of founding capital, to provide the documentation on ownership structure and make the funding sources transparent. In order to prevent media concentration, the rules envisaged that candidates would have to submit their statements denying such media concentration.
