RECAPITALISATION OF B92
BELGRADE, December 6, 2006 (B92) - The Belgrade-based Dexy Co company and B92 shareholders have signed a recapitalization agreement for B92.
The recapitalization is worth 2.3 million euros, with which Dexy Co becomes a ten percent owner of the B92.
The agreement was signed based on an agreement already approved by the Republic Broadcasting Agency.
The business deal between Dexy Co and B92 will show effects with better children’s programming and will positively effect the development of the B92 company in general.
