B92 DENIES TAKEOVER RUMORS

BELGRADE, 25 August 2007, (B92) - Broadcasting company B92 is not in talks to sell its stock to Germany's RTL, an official statement said Friday.

The statement, signed by CEO Veran Matić, informed the public that recent speculation in some local media about alleged ongoing negotiations for the sale of a package of our company's shares to RTL was baseless.

Should B92 engage in a change of its ownership structure in the future, it will, as was done before, procure necessary permits from the Broadcasting Agency and be the first to inform the public.
